Master Casimiro Boliviano Sejas, skilled in the art of building with Adobe, issued on December 19 in the Santa Ana Civic Center Area an interesting seminar on adobe building techniques. About thirty people of different ages and occupation could learn basic techniques in an afternoon like this construction.
